What is FanForce TV?

    FanForce TV is a video on demand platform where you can stream films and documentaries from the convenience of your home, school or office with the added bonus of Q&A's, premieres and additional content for some of our films. 

    What kind of additional content?

      Filmmakers provide a variety of different things such as behind the scenes footage, educational add-ons and Q&A sessions giving you a more rounded and fulfilling viewing experience. 

      What is a Virtual Community Screening?

      A Virtual Screening is a special event available for our films where filmmakers and hosts are able to set up their own Q&A's and panels which are live streamed online. Virtual Screenings are an incredible way to gain awareness, start important conversations and support causes by building a community of passionate audiences around the world. If you purchase a ticket for a Virtual Community Screening event a film followed by the Q&A will be live-streamed at the given date and time.

      How much does it cost?

      All our film rentals and Virtual Community Screenings vary in price. Please look at individual films and Virtual Screenings for prices. The rental period of 48 hours begins from the time of purchase.

      Will you be adding more films?

        We are constantly expanding our library of content! Follow us on social media to stay up to date with all the exciting films and documentaries arriving soon!

        Can I gift a film to a friend or family member?

          You sure can! Simply choose the film you’d like to gift and at check out enter the gifting amount (which is the same amount as the rental price). A discount code will be sent to your email which you can then share with whom you’d like to gift the film. 

          How do I redeem a gift card?

          You can redeem a gift card code by signing into your FANFORCE TV account > My Account > Billing > Redeem a Gift Card. Enter redemption code. 

          How do I register or sign up?

          You are able to create a FANFORCE TV account at the check out of a particular film/Virtual Screening purchase. Choose the film or Virtual Community Screening you'd like to purchase by clicking GET ACCESS NOW and then follow the prompts. 

          How do I access subtitles?

          If the film has subtitles available you will be able to activate them by clicking on the cog sign > captions at the bottom of the video player. See photo below:

          How do I check the classification of the films?

          All classifications are found in the 'About' section of the film pages.

          Classifications are rated as per the following guidelines:

          G - The G classification is suitable for everyone. G products may contain classifiable elements such as language and themes that are very mild in impact.

          PG - Content is not recommended for viewing by people under the age of 15 without guidance from parents, teachers or guardians.

          M -  Films are not recommended for children under the age of 15. They include portrayals of elements such as violence and themes that require a mature outlook. 

          MA15+ - Material contains strong content and is legally restricted to people over the age of 15.


          What currency is used on FanForce TV?

          All prices listed are in United States Dollars. If you’re located outside of the U.S., please keep potential currency conversions in mind when making purchases on FanForce TV.

          Where do I enter my access/discount/coupon code?

          You enter the code at the final stage of check out. See photo below:

          How do I reset my password?

          On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page. 


          How do I change my password?

          Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password.


          How do I update my billing information?

          Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.  


          My credit card is being declined.  Why is that?

          Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid.



          My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?

          Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers. You are also able to adjust the quality of the video by changing the resolution. Click on Cog > Quality. See photo below:

          Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?

          Yes!  Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with our site.  

          To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast.  Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser.

          To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.


          Can I watch videos on my TV without using an app?

          Yes. By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our site on your TV.


          Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?

          Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!


          Which browsers are supported?

          While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browser released within the last five years.  You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.
