What is a virtual screening?
A virtual screening is a live, one-time-only event streamed online. The film begins at a set time in your region and cannot be paused, rewound, or replayed — just like a cinema screening.
Can I watch the film later?
No. Virtual screenings are only available at the scheduled time. If you miss the event, you won’t be able to rewatch or access it afterwards.
I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?
First, check if you’re logged in — the top right corner of the screen should say “Sign Out” if you're already in. If it says “Login,” click that and use the same email and password you used to book your ticket.
